Rails The design and quality of the rails together with correct installation, is a prerequisite for a safe, well working MOVO-system. MOVO rails are made from low profile steel and can be installed on an existing floor or integrated into a new floor. In either scenario concrete is moulded between the rails to form a flat floor ensuring an even operating surface.

Mobile trolleys MOVO trolleys are electro galvanized and ideal for ambient, chilled or cold stores. They have a bolted construction that ensures easy replacement of damaged parts. The trolleys are available in a number of different load capacities.

Pallet Shuttle System

The Pallet Shuttle system is a semi-automated, high-density storage solution for the handling of goods inside channels similar to a drive-in or pallet-flow setup.

Cost-effective and time-saving, it removes the need for forklift trucks to enter the racks.

The remotely controlled Pallet Shuttle is a highly efficient alternative to live storage and drive-in racking. The Pallet Shuttle system works either as First in, First out (FIFO) or as Last in, First out (LIFO) for operations with a reduced number of product lines stored in high quantities.

Drive-in

If you’re storing large quantities of similar or identical goods, the P90 Drive-in Pallet Racking can free-up as much as 90% of existing floor space, compared to conventional pallet storage. P90 Drive-in Pallet Racking creates efficiencies by reducing aisle loading and unloading times, yet allowing greater access compared to block stacking. Positioning pallets on front-to-back rails allows rows to be stacked next to each other safely and efficiently; crucial for items regarded as fragile or unstable. The Last-in, First-out (LIFO) principle means individual pallets can be accessed one-by-one from the front of the rack. Pallet Flow Racking, or ‘Pallet Live Storage’ is ideal if you operate a First-in, First-out (FIFO) goods storage setup. With this system you can use up to 60% less space than if you were to use conventional pallet racking. Our Pallet Flow system offers a dynamic storage solution with integrated conveyor modules to suit most pallet types and sizes. It’s well-suited for the drinks industry or as a buffer storage facility in manufacturing. Pallets travel smoothly on full-width or twin track rollers. While the front pallet is removed on the front side of the rack, the rear pallet is held back. Anti-collapse System

Anti-collapse system prevents any risk of spillage from pallets in warehouse storages. The system is used for safe handling and storing of products in a logistics environment. It is made from fully welded mesh and steel frames and is strong and durable. The panels are available in three models with different safety levels to suit your specific needs. The Anti-collapse screen can be made from 700mm, 1,200mm and 1,500mm high panels by 1,100mm and 2,200mm wide.

TUV Certified pendulum test method Troax anti-collapse system is tested and approved by TÜV Rheinland to withstand an impact of 2,500 Joules.

Speed Bolt

Uni-bracket

Uni-bracket is a versatile bracket which can be mounted in four different positions. The unique kit secure method keeps the panels locked in position. It has a cut-out which eases the removal of pallet racking beams located near the brackets. A user-friendly system as it can be built more logically from the bottom of the screen upwards.

Speed bolt is developed for the anti-collapse system. The speed bolt is a perfect fastener, especially when you require a fast & safe assembly. It’s only one item which you mount from the front and you don’t need to reach around the backside of the upright.

Our pallet Pull-out units let your teams move pallets back and forth like drawers, even with a full load up to 1000kg. With such efficient storage, they can free up the excessive clearance distance needed above pallets. The pallet Pull-out unit saves both time and space to ensure an efficient working environment and ergonomic picking. By installing pull-out units in your pallet racking, the number of pallet and picking locations can be increased, while still taking up the same space as before. What’s more, shorter operation distances allow for faster and more efficient picking, while at the same time freeing up valuable floor space.

Pedestrian and vehicles are often in close contact within company premises. When they share the same operational spaces, it is necessary for Health and Safety to highlight and regulate their respective areas. Designed to be modular, our pedestrian segregation barriers are easy to install, easy to clean and maintain as well as being weather resistant, UV tested and suitable for food and pharmaceutical environments. If pedestrians are in a high-risk area, a suitable safety guardrail designed to withstand impacts can be installed independently in front of the pedestrian handrail or segregation barrier.
